Through this app associated with Stari, celebrities and managers are able to view and fulfill requests for personalized video messages.
Through veeper, celebrities share moments of their daily lives with fans all over the world via audio snippets and chat messages.

CHALLENGE
Redesign the app to increase usability and engagement. Key issues identified included:

Make it easier for managers to review and provide feedback on their celebrities’ requests

Figure out a way to remind celebrities to quickly fulfill requests

Allow celebrities and managers to make changes to their profile without depending on the platform’s internal team
