STARI TALENT APP

Through this app associated with Stari, celebrities and managers are able to
view and fulfill requests for personalized video messages.
CHALLENGE
Redesign the app to increase usability and engagement. Key issues identified included:

Make it easier for managers to review and provide feedback on their celebrities’ requests

Remind celebrities to fulfill requests in a timely manner

Allow celebrities and managers to make changes to their profile without depending on the platform’s internal team

Celebrities can see at a glance how many orders they need to fulfill and how many they have completed

Effect: Keeps celebrities on track and motivated to complete their orders

Tags are added to orders indicating whether they are due soon, overdue, or if it's an order that the manager has requested a retake, celebrity can also see every video's due date

Effect: Helps celebrities prioritize which orders to fulfill first and reduce order turnaround time

This allows celebrities to know exactly what to fix in their next video so it will be approved by the manager.

This allows celebrities to reference and reflect upon past interactions with fan to deepen the connection.

Celebrities can upload multiple orders at once
This makes the upload process more convenient for celebrities, which reduces the turnaround order time.
